Make-Up Picture Day
We offer two Make-Up Picture Days each season — one in our studio and another in a fun outdoor location.
All students welcome! Whether or not they attend one of our partner schools, we’re here to make sure every child gets the chance to shine.
Your child’s school may qualify for an at-school make-up day—please check with your school!

One photo of your child is a treasure, but a gallery of images lets you keep every precious smile and giggle.
Picture Day Style Tips

Whether it’s their favorite sweater or something a little dressy, choose an outfit that makes your child feel confident and comfortable — it’ll show in their smile!

Solid colors or subtle patterns work best on camera. Avoid logos, neon, or super busy prints — they can distract from that cute face you’re trying to capture!

Photos are usually cropped at the waist, so focus on the top half: clean collars, neat hair, and layers that aren’t too bulky or distracting.

Try to avoid clothes with logos or characters which may distract from your child’s face. Stick with clean, classic, styles for a timeless look.

If your child wears glasses, they can absolutely wear them in their photo. Our photographers are trained to work with glasses, and any glare will be taken care of — no need to stress!

Picture day should be fun and stress-free! Make sure your child arrives at school on time and ready for photos on their scheduled day. Please avoid using zinc-based sunscreens, as they can appear white and chalky in photos. A clear or non-whitening sunscreen is a better choice for picture day.

We recommend solid colors or simple patterns, as busy prints or logos can be distracting in photos. Most importantly, let your child wear something they feel confident and comfortable in!

Absolutely! No more guessing what your child’s photo will look like before ordering. You’ll be able to view all the images in your private gallery first, and only order what you LOVE.

Photos will be available to view and order within 2 weeks of picture day. We’ll email you as soon as your gallery is ready. Print orders will arrive within 7-10 business days- please see our ordering terms and conditions in your confirmation email for more info.

After picture day, you’ll receive an email with a link to your child’s private, password-protected online gallery. From there, you can easily order packages, individual prints, and fun photo products—all delivered to your home. If you are having trouble ordering or have any questions on how to order, contact us and we are happy to help.

The rainbow circles you see on your images are our watermark. We include this watermark while photos are displayed online.
Once you purchase a digital file or prints, your final image will be delivered without the watermark. Your purchased photos will be clean, high-resolution, and ready to print or share.
