Ordering FAQ

  • First, please check your spam or promotions folder—occasionally our emails end up there. If you still don’t see it, there may have been a typo in the email address we received from the school.

    Feel free to email us at orders@sandboxphotographers.com with your student’s name and the school they attend, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

  • Orders may be on hold if they include a class composite or retouching. Orders containing composites are held until approved by your school, and those containing retouched photos remain on hold until editing is complete. If your order includes digital files, the download link will be sent as soon as print production begins.

  • Yes! You can crop your images directly in the online gallery. After adding prints to your cart, click into your cart to access the cropping tool. From there, you can adjust the crop to your liking before completing your order.

  • Blemish removal
    Basic flyaway hair cleanup
    Teeth whitening and eye brightening
    Minor clothing cleanup (lint, small marks)
