  • First, please check your spam or promotions folder—occasionally our emails end up there. If you still don’t see it, there may have been a typo in the email address we received from the school.

    Please submit a Need Help? Form, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

  • Class composites are created after picture day and are shipped separately from individual photo orders. If you did not receive your composite with your print order, it will be delivered directly to your school and distributed by the school once it arrives.

    Composites are typically delivered to the school within 12 weeks after picture day.

    If you order a composite after this time, it will be shipped directly to your home with your photo order.

  • Yes! You can crop your images directly in the online gallery. After adding prints to your cart, click into your cart to access the cropping tool. From there, you can adjust the crop to your liking before completing your order.

  • Not a glitch! Due to privacy concerns we do not offer group photos digitally. You may purchase a print of your group or class composite photo in the a la carte section of your online gallery.

  • The files included with the digital file package upgrade are high-resolution images that are great for printing and sharing.

  • Yes! We offer basic blemish removal. You can easily add retouching to your order during checkout:

    1. Go to your Cart.

    2. Look for the “Add Professional Retouching” box at the top of the page.

    3. Click “Select Photos” inside that box and choose the images you would like retouched.

  • The rainbow circles you see on your images are our watermark. This watermark is added to protect our work while the images are displayed online.

    Once you purchase a digital file or prints, the final image you receive will be delivered without the watermark. Your purchased photos will be clean, high-resolution, and ready to print or share.

  • Yes, of course! We offer makeup days each season at our Martinez studio for students who missed picture day or would like a retake.
