Didn’t pre-register? It’s not too late!
Find the QR code slip your child brought home on picture day, and either:
Scan the QR code (easiest option),
or
Click below and enter the access code from your slip. No slip? No problem! Contact your school administrator for your access code.
Enter your info on the registration page. That’s it!
You’ll get an email as soon as your child’s photos are ready so you can view and purchase your favorites.

Style Tips

Whether it’s their favorite sweater or something a little dressy, choose an outfit that makes your child feel confident and comfortable — it’ll show in their smile!

Solid colors or subtle patterns work best on camera. Avoid logos, neon, or super busy prints — they can distract from that cute face you’re trying to capture!

Photos are usually cropped at the waist, so focus on the top half: clean collars, neat hair, and layers that aren’t too bulky or distracting.

Try to avoid clothes with logos or characters which may distract from your child’s face. Stick with clean, classic, styles for a timeless look.

If your child wears glasses, they can absolutely wear them in their photo. Our photographers are trained to work with glasses, and any glare will be taken care of — no need to stress!

If your child is graduating, we will begin by taking portraits in the outfit they arrive in, followed by photos in their cap and gown.
When planning hairstyles, please keep in mind that graduation caps need to sit securely on the head. Styles such as pigtails or large bows placed on the crown can make it difficult for the cap to fit properly. Simple styles that lay flatter—like low ponytails, braids, or hair worn down—tend to work best and photograph great both with and without the cap.

Missed Picture Day?
No worries! We offer Makeup Picture Days each season at our Martinez studio. Simply book your time slot online, and after your session, you’ll receive your student’s online gallery to view and order photos.
Siblings are welcome, even if they attend different schools. We’re happy to photograph both individual and sibling portraits for all students who sign up!

Start by selecting your school from the dropdown menu at the top of this page to view your picture day date and access the pre-registration link.
Then follow these simple steps:
Click the link
Start typing your student’s name (it will pop up as you type)
Select your student
Choose their class
Enter your name and email
That’s it—you’re done!
Once photos are ready, you’ll receive an email with your child’s gallery. You can view all the images first and only purchase the ones you love.

Picture day should be fun- no stress. Please make sure to arrive at school early or on time and photo-ready on your designated picture day. Please refrain from using zinc based sunscreens. We recommend a clear sunscreen on picture day since white sunscreen will show up in photos. View our Picture Day Style Tips for more info on what to wear.

If you pre-registered or signed up using the QR code after picture day, you’ll receive an email with a link to your child’s private, password-protected gallery. From there, you can view all photos and place your order.
Having trouble finding or accessing your gallery? No problem—just send us an email with your student’s name and school, and we’ll send you the direct link.

Absolutely! The days of pre-ordering your photos sight unseen are behind us! Your photos will be posted in a private online gallery and all ordering will be done after the session from this gallery.

Yes! If you have more than one child enrolled in a preschool we will absolutely photograph them both individually and together. If you have children not enrolled in the same school or elementary school aged students , please schedule a make up day or family session with us.

Yes! We offer a couple of make up dates each season. Please click here to schedule. Make up days are available to any students who were absent on picture day or just want a do over. Make up days will be held in our Martinez studio as well as one outdoor location.
